The deep frozen leaf spinach is prepared from the young leafs of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Spinacia oleracea L.

The leaf spinach is presented in different forms:

• leaf spinach block
• leaf spinach portions with a weight of ca. 30 or 50 grams - pending production line.
