Parisian potatoes

Deep frozen Parisian potatoes are prepared from natural developed potatoes complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Solonum tuberosum L.

The potatoes are size graded and have a diameter smaller than 35 mm.

90 % in number of the potatoes is of the declared calibre. The diameter of the potatoes is defined as the smallest diameter measured with a vernier calliper.
