Menestra normal

The deep frozen vegetable mix "Menestra" is prepared from the separately deep frozen and carefully mixed ingredients: carrots, beans, garden peas, cauliflower florets and Brussels sprouts.

The different ingredients comply with the characteristics of the species:

• Carrots: Daucus carota L.
• Beans: Phaseolus vulgaris L.
• Garden peas: Pisum sativum L.
• Cauliflower: florets Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.
• Brussels sprouts: Brassica oleracea gemmifera (DC) O.E. Schulz.
