Whole green & wax beans

Whole green beans and wax beans are prepared from the young beans of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species:

• Phaseolus vulgaris L.

The beans are size-graded (the diameter is defined as the diameter of the round perforation through which the thawed beans are passing).

Maximum diameter of the beans:

• Whole green beans extra fine: 6,5 mm
• Whole green beans very fine: 8 mm
• Whole green beans fine: 9 mm
• Whole green beans middle-fine: 10,5 mm
• Whole wax beans fine: 9 mm

The beans may contain 20 % (in number) of beans of the immediately larger grade.
