Cauliflower

The deep frozen cauliflower florets are prepared from the immature heads of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.

The cauliflower florets are size-graded:

• Cauliflower 0 / 20 or alternativly 5/15
• Cauliflower 20 / 40 or alternatively 15/30
• Cauliflower 40 / 60 or alternatively 30/55
• Cauliflower 60+

The size of a cauliflower floret is the smallest diameter of the head of the floret measured with a vernier-calliper.
