Sliced potatoes

Deep frozen sliced potatoes are prepared from natural developed potatoes complying with the characteristics of the species:

> Solonum tuberosum L.

The potatoes are size graded:

• Diameter: 45 - 50 mm
• Thickness: 4,8 - 5,5 mm

90 % in number of the potatoes is of the declared calibre. The diameter of the potatoes is defined as the smallest diameter measured with a vernier calliper.

Harvesting period: July - December
